Breakfast & Amenities



A gourmet breakfast is offered to overnight guests. Overnight guests may also request high tea, hors d'oeuvres and a 3-course dinner served Thursdays to Saturdays from 6:30pm to 9pm. Breakfast includes French pressed Green Mountain coffee, Free Verse Farm local teas, organic fruit & juice, home baked croissants made with King Arthur flour and Cabot butter. Breakfast choices are based on the freshest available local ingredients and may include eggs benedict with smoked salmon, sauteed spinach or Vermont ham, 3 egg omelette, Vermont cheddar and heirloom tomato "Croque Madame" or Belgian waffles served with Vermont maple syrup.
