Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a one-night room charge. We encourage guests to contact us directly to discuss any changes to their reservation. For special circumstances, please reach out to our team.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements. We're happy to store your luggage if you'd like to explore the area before check-in or after check-out.
Guest Conduct & House Rules
Hubble Shire Farm is a peaceful retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We ask that all guests respect the tranquility of the property and other guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or on the porches. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with our policies.
Breakfast & Dining
A gourmet breakfast is included with every room reservation and is served daily from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM in our dining room. Special dietary requirements and preferences should be communicated at the time of booking. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with advance notice. Private dining and event services are available for groups—please inquire for details and availability.
Liability & Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Our historic home contains valuable antiques and furnishings. We ask that all guests handle items with care. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately to management. Charges for repairs or replacement will be billed to the guest's account or credit card on file.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Information collected during booking is used solely for reservation management, communication, and service improvement. We do not share guest information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or for essential service providers.
